What our products are

Our screens are DIY products: you measure, cut and fit them yourself. We supply honest instructions and sensible materials, and we answer questions before and after you buy. You are responsible for measuring your own opening, fitting the screen safely, and checking it is suitable for your situation.

What we are liable for

If a product is defective, you have the rights set out on our Refunds & Returns page under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection: repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

What we are not liable for

To the maximum extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by incorrect measuring or fitting, use of a product for something it is not designed for, or indirect losses such as loss of use. An insect screen is a barrier against insects; it is not a security product, a fall-prevention product or a child-safety product, and it must never be relied on as one.

Indemnity

If your use of this website or our products in breach of these terms causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to indemnify us for that claim to the extent UAE law permits.
