Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 or more. Below that, a flat AED 40 express delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and discount codes never change it: a code discounts the goods, not the delivery.

Delivery times

We aim to hand your order to the courier within 24 to 48 hours of you placing it. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 5 to 7 days from dispatch. We deliver to all seven emirates, including the outlying areas listed in the footer of every page.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can follow it on our Track Your Parcel page. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

If something goes wrong

If your order is late, incomplete or arrives damaged, contact us at theteam@insectscreens.ae.org and we will put it right. Your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected by anything on this page.
