Using this website

Using this website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By using the site you agree to them. We may amend them from time to time; the version published here applies to your order at the time you place it.

Products and availability

If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will tell you, and you can choose to (a) switch to a different model, (b) wait for new stock, or (c) take a full refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and the price shown at checkout is the amount you pay us. Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 or more, otherwise a flat AED 40 delivery charge applies and is shown before you pay. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges imposed by a government authority on your order.

Ordering and delivery

We aim to hand your order to the courier within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 5 to 7 days from dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping page, and cancellations and returns are covered on our Refunds & Returns page.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulation, Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, including your rights where goods are defective.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts. If you have a consumer complaint you can also raise it with the consumer protection department of the UAE Ministry of Economy.
